Project Name: SAP Roll-Out to subsidiaries
Project Duration: 6 months Qualifications: * Must be knowledgeable and experienced in using different modules of SAP most specifically SAP MM, SAP FICO * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent * Required skill(s): project management certification, system analysis, Software Analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP FICO, Oracle Financial, CRM, SAP MM * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position * Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent * Preferably with Masters Degree or Project Management Certification Role: * Oversees the project implementation * Plan and coordinate efforts of outsourced project team leads and allocation of resources for the four (4) subsidiaries * Acts as a single point of contact for all SAP roll-out related issues within the company and Subs managers * Monitor, control and report project status to Head, Systems and Solutions * Ensure project deliverables are met and adherence to agreed timelines * Assist in change management documentation and analysis * Assist in the implementation and training workshops for process owners and power users * Provide guidance on test plans * Assist in the system and user testing * Responsible for the smooth cut-over of the system | |
