MANILA, Philippines – The corpse of a
naked man was found inside a garbage bag thrown in the southbound lane of A.
Bonificio Avenue in Barangay Amoranto NS, Quezon City, early Sunday morning.
According to initial investigations
conducted by the Quezon City Police District’s (QCPD) scene of the crime
operatives, the still unidentified victim bore a tattoo on his right shoulder
of the words “Mendador Dela Cruz.”

Unit investigator Anthony Tejerero said a garbage man first saw the plastic bag
and immediately reported it to tricycle driver Randy Alba, who in turn informed
barangay officials.
The victim bore stab wounds all over
his body.
Police believe the victim was already
dead when he was put inside the garbage bag and thrown in the avenue.
Authorities have taken fingerprints
